T- LOCK
Invisible protection for high-value cargo
T-LOCK is a concealed trailer security lock that increases control over cargo access.
T-LOCK enhances the security of high-value and sensitive cargo transport.
The solution supports transport monitoring and helps reduce risk throughout the entire route in line with high security standards.

Remote Locking and Unlocking
The locking mechanism can be remotely controlled through the ATRAX telematics platform or authorized commands, allowing cargo access to be managed only at appropriate operational moments.
No Loss of Cargo Space
The locking mechanism is installed inside the trailer and does not reduce cargo space or affect standard transport operations.
Integration with Security Monitoring Systems
T-LOCK integrates with professional intervention and security monitoring centers such as G4S and The Cargo Security Company, enabling continuous transport supervision and rapid response in the event of a threat.
Authorization and Alerts
Access to the trailer can be controlled through authorization and password protection. In the event of unauthorized access, the system immediately generates an alert.
Complete protection for high-value cargo
In high-value cargo transport, effective security requires more than a single layer of protection. In addition to access control, rapid intrusion detection, alerting, and continuous monitoring of trailer activity throughout the journey are equally important.

Locking Mechanizm
Housing
The reinforced locking mechanism is a key component of the T-LOCK system. The housing structure protects the mechanism against impacts, tampering attempts, and drilling. Thanks to its concealed installation and durable steel construction, potential intruders are unable to identify the lock location or effectively force access.

Left Door
Locking System
A dedicated locking plate secures the left trailer door along its full height. The component is designed to fit most trailer types and effectively prevents unauthorized door opening.

4 Steel Bolts
In The Side Wall
The system uses four steel side bolts that lock the trailer doors at multiple points simultaneously. This multi-point locking mechanism significantly increases resistance against forced entry attempts and structural deformation.

Steel
Locking Bolts
The main steel locking bolts are responsible for physically securing the trailer doors once the system is activated. After T-LOCK is engaged, the bolts extend and lock the doors in multiple directions, preventing them from being opened without system authorization.

Steel
Reinforcement Plate
The reinforcement plate, made of high-strength stainless steel, provides an additional layer of protection for the system. It strengthens the door structure and protects the locking components against drilling attempts and mechanical damage.

Durable
Construction
The T-LOCK system is made from high-quality stainless steel and precision industrial welds. The material thickness and build quality provide high resistance to mechanical damage, vibrations, and demanding transport operating conditions.

Driver Safety
Our solutions protect not only the cargo, but also the driver responsible for transport operations. Rapid alerting, location sharing, and efficient response to threats help increase driver safety on the road.

Trailer
Wall Protection
Cables installed on the trailer walls, doors, and roof create an invisible security barrier. Any attempt to cut through the trailer body, roof, or doors immediately triggers an alarm and sends a signal to the monitoring system.

Magnetic
Door Sensors
Door opening sensors detect any attempt at unauthorized access to the cargo area. The system records the event and can immediately send a notification to the monitoring center or dispatcher.

Alarm
Sirens
A loud alarm siren is activated in the event of a break-in attempt, door tampering, or security system breach. It acts as a deterrent and immediately signals a threat around the vehicle.

Cameras
The camera system enables monitoring of events around the vehicle and cargo area. Recordings can serve as evidence in the event of an incident and increase control over transport operations.

Additional
Sensors
Additional sensors, such as light, motion, or cargo area intrusion detectors, enable rapid detection of attempts to interfere with the trailer. The system can automatically trigger an alarm and send a notification to the operator.

Authorized locking and unlocking in the KT4 application for drivers
Drivers can lock or unlock T-LOCK through the KT4 application by entering a one-time code generated by the dispatcher in the ATRAX4 platform. This solution increases control over trailer access, streamlines operational processes, and helps reduce the risk of unauthorized actions.
Mobile
Panic Button
The mobile panic button allows the driver to immediately request assistance in emergency situations. A single press triggers an alarm in the system and sends a signal to the monitoring center or dispatcher.

Panic Button in the KT4 Application
The panic button feature available in the KT4 mobile application allows drivers to quickly report emergency situations directly from their phone. The system immediately sends threat information together with the vehicle location.

Secure and Guarded
Parking Areas
The system supports stop planning at certified and monitored truck parking locations. Thanks to integration with Bosch Secure Truck Parking and Travis Road Services platforms, drivers can reserve secure parking spaces that meet safety standards for high-value cargo transport.

Access To The Lock Without GSM Signal
Bluetooth provides local communication with T-LOCK, allowing the system to operate even in areas with limited mobile network coverage.

Internal concealed T-LOCK system
A remotely controlled trailer door locking mechanism concealed inside the trailer, increasing the level of security while remaining invisible from the outside.

Door and access point sensors
They monitor every opening and tampering attempt, providing full access control.

Loop Wires
Detects attempts to cut through or tamper with the trailer structure.

Anti-intrusion alarm system
Activates in the event of unauthorized access or tampering attempts.

Siren
A loud audible alarm that deters intruders and signals a potential threat.

Visual warning beacon
Visual notification of an alarm status or security event.

Tamper resistance
Detection of tampering attempts involving devices and system installations.

Panic button / Mobile panic button
Immediate emergency assistance request for drivers in threatening situations.

Unique trailer identifier
Trailer identification within the system and operational processes.

Trailer disconnection / connection signal
Real-time information about changes to the transport combination.
